I'm happy to say that the blue and purple hoods arrived with us yesterday, and they've all been repacked and send out to everyone who was waiting.

Sorry again for the delay in getting the last of these out, although we still managed to keep inside the projected timeline!

Hi all

There's a pile of boxes in my hallway filled with hoodies, t-shirts, and flags! 

Royal Mail should be arriving soon to collect everything and start shipping it out to our wonderful supporters.

Blue/Purple

If you ordered a blue or purple hoodie, then your order has not been shipped yet.  We're awaiting stock still from the suppliers and are expecting it before the end of the month.  Hopefully this means that your orders will be shipped mid-late August, which is the original expected shipment date of the campaign anyway.

We're sorry we couldn't get them all out at the same time, but these things do sometimes happen.

Flags are flying! Kickstarter progress update

Hi all,

The Good News

We're pleased to be about to announce that the flags are currently on a plane and on their way to us, and we're tracking their journey to the UK!

The clothing is with the printers, and will hopefully be printed this week and with us next week.

We are hopefully that everything will arrive before Pride in London so that we can have the new flags on display in the parade!

Depending on the exact day that everything does arrive will determine if we'll start packing next week, or the week after.

The Bad News

We put our orders in for the hoodies, however we wasn't able to get all the stock we required as several colours are completely out of stock in the UK at the moment.  More stock is currently on boats on the way to the UK, and will hopefully be in the country soon, but for now we have some shortages.

If you ordered blue, purple, or grey, it's possible that we couldn't get your size.  If this is the case then your order will not be shipped with the rest of the orders.  We're hoping that we will be able to order the remainder in the next few weeks, but aren't 100% sure yet when deliveries will be made. 

I'm very good about this, but we will try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Pride in London

If you're coming to Pride in London and would like to pick your order up at the event then please email [email protected] with your name and order number and we'll try to make sure to bring your order for you if we have everything. Collections will be able to be made Friday night or at any time on Saturday from the Puppy Pride stall.

Surveys closed and Cards charging soon

Hi there,

Thank you to everyone who answered their surveys promptly, it's enabled us to proceed ahead of schedule with ordering the flags.

All surveys have now been locked and we'll be ordering the clothing this week as well. If you're one of the few who haven't yet filled out your survey please do so ASAP else we won't be able to get your clothing made for you.

Cards will be charged in the next few days and it should appear as PPUK-CIC on bank statements.

I'll send another update once everything has arrived so you can know when shipping will be locked and I can start packing!

Survey results are flying in!

Hi there,

Thank you very much to everyone who's filled in their survey already, 75% of you have already done so!

With everyone getting this done so quickly we might be able to order the new flags quicker then expected, which has the longest leadtime.  

If you've not filled your survey out yet, please take the opportunity to do so when you can.

Order locking & Card Payment Date

Due to timescales on the manufacturing of different parts we will be sending off the flag order first, and then limiting stock for them on the surveys.  However we'll leave the surveys open at that time.

Once the flags have finished printing and are on their way to us we'll be sending out a 48 hour notice to lock all surveys.  At that point no changes or additional add on's will be able to be made on it.

Shipping of the flags, and the printing of the t-shirts and hoodies should take about 2 weeks, at which point we'll send out a charge card notice, as well as locking down shipping addresses. Again you'll get a 48 hour notice for this.

Hopefully it'll only take a few days once things arrive for me to pack everyones orders and get them all into the post!
